Ken Martel, from USA Hockey, shares the secrets of development with Jr Reign parents

I'm so excites to share with you the video presentation that Ken Martel from USA Hockey delivered to all three locations, Carlsbad, Riverside, and in Paramount, to our parents and our coaches. Ken Martel is the techinical director of the American Development Model with USA Hockey. He works with the US Olympic committee and speaks all around the world with different sporting groups. He is a US national team coach, former division I collegiate player, and division I college coach. He comes out to us, as a model association, to spend time with our parents and coaches and help us to develop our players to their fullest potential. He speaks to some specific things at each age group about what is most important now in their ladder of development towards acheiving that full potential.
